These Terms govern your use of https://adisia.store (the “Store”) and any purchase you make on it. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We sell products directly to you; we are the seller of every product on this Store.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be 18 or older, or use the Store under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- Give accurate name, phone, email and address details. Wrong details can cause failed deliveries.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
3. Products and pricing
- We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Handmade or locally sourced items may vary slightly in colour, size or finish; this is not a defect.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Each product page shows its country of origin.
- If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Orders
- Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email or message.
- We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, you get a full refund.
- We do not charge you a cancellation fee unless we bear a similar charge ourselves (for example, if the order has already been shipped). See the Refund & Returns Policy.
5. Payment
- We accept UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking through our payment partner, Razorpay.
- Cash on Delivery is not offered at the moment; all orders are prepaid.
- We never ask for your card details, UPI PIN or OTP by phone, email or WhatsApp. If anyone does, report it to us.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Store: no fraudulent orders, fake reviews, scraping, attempts to break security, or reselling in a way that misrepresents us.
8. Intellectual property
The Adisia name, logo, product photos and site content belong to us. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in).
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.
